Meet the Kitchen Draw team

Wayne and Jody Hall

Husband and wife team Jody and Wayne Hall are the proud owners behind Kitchen Draw.

From its humble beginnings in Gisborne in 2001, the business has grown into its dedicated showroom and manufacturing base in Inglewood, Taranaki.

Wayne is the face of the business, chief designer and Project Manager, making dream kitchens turn from plans into reality.

He started his career as a CAD draftsperson at a sheet metal company in Auckland, before being put in charge of quoting, design and production co-ordination. He then decided a change of direction was needed and took a job as a kitchen design assistant and the seed was planted for the future of Kitchen Draw.

When he isn’t designing, manufacturing or installing kitchens, Wayne loves to get out on his mountain bike and enjoys a round of golf.

With a background in tax and accounting, Jody helps keep the paperwork in order while caring for their two sons. She is also a dedicated gym bunny!

Taranaki born and bred, he is married to Tracey and Dad to Caleb, 14, and Bianca, 12.

Jen Busby

Office administrator Jen Busby is in charge of invoicing and other paperwork and enjoys being a member of the happy Kitchen Draw team!

Stephen Wanden

Steve brings many years of cabinet making and joinery experience to his role of overseeing the Kitchen Draw workshop and onsite installations.

Married to Nicola, Steve has two gorgeous daughters - Olivia ( 5) and Brooke (3). His idea of fun is taking part in full Ironman events and he is a volunteer Fire Officer for the Inglewood Fire Brigade - meaning a quick dash across the road to the station when the siren sounds.

Blake Hooper

Blake Hooper joined the Kitchen Draw team after Wayne asked him if he would like to help out during a busy period – and that was six years ago! When he isn't producing beautiful kitchens, he is roaring round the speedway track in his custom built car.
